Project Examples
Here follow
the types of project that we undertake.

Advisory service was provided to an
international airport with a good
reputation of safety performance. By
conducting an in-depth opportunities
assessment and safety management review,
we recommended where and how to
implement the necessary changes for
continuous improvement.

We recently completed an initial safety
management review for an international
printing company. The project included a
baseline safety audit, gap analysis and
OSH managemnet review to facilitate
action planning.

We are currently providing safety
management review service to one of the
largest hotel in Hong Kong. The project
consists of a baseline safety management
review, detailed risk assessment,
identification of safety improvement
opportunities, design and implementation
of a new safety management strategy
based on our SPI programme.
