| Abstract | The consultant team from Industrial Centre was appointed by a solicitor company to give expert opinion on the accident happening to a plaintiff in November 2001. The accident happened when the plaintiff helped to raise a formwork and to install it on a bridge in construction. 2 years afterwards, the bridge had already finished construction and with traffic going through. There was a dispute between the plaintiff and the defendant on the fact about the happening of the accident. With a limited number of photographs taken just after the accident, the accident was successfully re-constructed by computer simulation. Many supporting dimensions were deduced from the photographs and the measurements taken 2 years afterward at the accident scene. Expert opinion can thus been supported by the simulation. Soon after presenting this expert, the dispute was resolved outside the court. | ||||||||
