IC approved as HKIE Scheme A offering organization
The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) further renewed the status of approved organization to offer Engineering Graduate Scheme “A” (“Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering” and “Mechanical Engineering”) to the Industrial Centre (IC) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University for a period of three years, from November 2011 to November 2014. Apart from being an approved Scheme A offering organization, training offered by the Centre is also accredited by the HKIE Engineering Graduate Training Scheme “A”. Many companies send their Scheme “A” trainees to IC to undertake professional training. Visit HKIE web site at http://www.hkie.org.hk/eng/html/gradschemea/introduction.asp to learn more about the Training Scheme.
