The second IC Fun Tour was successfully completed on this afternoon (Friday, 11 May 2012), with around 20 staff members and students from 10 different departments, offices and faculty participated in it. Guided by experienced IC staff members, participants visited many technical workshops and saw different interesting demonstrations such as the machining of small brass chess and laser cutting of decorative acrylic items. The visit and demonstration not only widened the engineering knowledge of participants but also increased their understanding on the use and application of different technologies and processes in their disciplines and daily lives.
